Core Transports QE Lab Engineer Intern (CE) January 2025-Present
Back in Cupertino for lab work in CoreIO.
Hi, I'm Dylan Garcia a former student of Texas A&M University - College Station. I graduated in 2024 with my BS in Technology Management with a double minor in Business and Cybersecurity.
I currently work at Apple and code personal projects on the side.
I am the most proficient in Java and Python. I am also currently learning C++ and Swift. While it isn't a priority, I also know enough HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to maintain this website and add functionality.
In addition to coding, I also have sysadmin experience and sales experience. My time at Fry's and Apple has given me strong communication skills when it comes to technical concepts. Because of my business minor, I have business knowledge that I'm looking to match with experience.
I studied at Texas A&M University under the Technology Management program in the College of Engineering and graduated in December 2024.
I also double minored in Business and Cybersecurity.
I was also on the 2023 Student Cluster Competition team for High Performance Computing.
I attended Westwood High School in Austin, Texas, one of the top 300 in the nation. My first years of coding were all done in the high-level classes offered at this school. A couple important takeaways:
